Is there some kind of list that tells you all merits in a recomendable order (from easy to hard)?. I am having trouble to find a easy merit i havent done yet.

Gives you a whole list of easy honours to obtain. There aren't many awards that are quick to get, though they're all easy and most of the crime ones in particular are attached to honour bars.

You should use tornstats.com as well. Has an awards tracker so you can see which ones you are close to earning.

200 merits in 200 days guide. Easy to track, shows how many days each merit takes, and let's you keep track of the one's you've completed on the spreadsheet if you make a copy if you're into that.

I second what CRLF said. Yata has the best merit tracking IMHO.
Second to last column is how far along are you, so if u sort by that column and hover over each cell, it will tell you approx how long you need to achieve the merit (especially great for deterministic awards like crimes)
