Because T.E. Work Central aims to create a smooth flow of employee management and outsourcing. We are preventing unfit applicants joining companies they aren't qualified for. Every applicant has their right job set for them.

Do we have to fill up the resume?
Yes it is required as a lot of companies need to review the resume before they can accept a hire.

How fast is T.E. Work Central?
T.E. Work Central matching period can take as long as it needs, this is to ensure we only send the proper applicant in to our endorsement companies.

What happens if I leave the company before the Employment Contract has ended?
