I bought my current faction almost a year ago and have yet to be able to change the tag from the previous owners. It seems to be stuck. I've tried saving a new tag over it, I've tried to save a new image over it. Nothing seems to work. Not sure if it's just mine.

Are you getting any error message?
Is the faction tag within the size and dimensions limitation shown on the Settings page?
