Doubles happiness regeneration for 31 days

Admittedly it does not do what i thought but what does it even do?
Either way i thought it worked it doesnt.


only generates 1 nerve per 5 minutes
and my nerve bar still maxes out at 60 or 100 with faction perks.
Am i missing something here?

Out of all the people from all over everwhere and tou find it odd that just 2 individuals out of all these people make a similar mistake??? Lmao. You just suspicious of everything or what?

I’d also find it quite odd that two people would think a book with the description “doubles happy regeneration for 31 days” would affect their nerve…

Your happiness regeneration has indeed been doubled as indicated by your logs. The book doesn't impact your Nerve or Energy regeneration.
