Bounties

Is there a limit or anything for placing bounties as i have been bountied more or less permanantly by a strange little man on here who needs to grow up i honestly dont mind but it is a waste of morphine and spoiling the game. Is there a point where this becomes harassment? The reason is i did not want to marry them on the game for that im constantly in the hospital and cant operate like a normal player this has gone on for weeks? Any advice appreciated no stupid or sarcastic replies wanted. Thank you...

No it is not harassment because it is within game mechanism. Your bounties are only $1? Yeah outside halloween it won't be claimed anyway

If i request this account be deleted and start from scratch with a different name and ID is that allowed?

The bounties will eventually stop, they'll get bored as long as you stop interacting with the person, Just med out, train as fast as you can / after training fly, buy some plushies/flowers and repeat. DedeSilver is right the attacks should at least slow down after Halloween, people are just looking for targets right now because of the event, but $1 bounty isn't much to justify someone using 25e normally (Unless you really po'd a bunch of people).

Also i recommend finishing the education courses Introduction to Biochemistry and BIO2127:Intravenous Therapy. that way you can start using blood bags as they're a lot more effective than using morphine / first aid kits

Well i have seen your data. Your average bounty received is 50k/ bounty. So I can assure you outside halloween days, those will not bother you much. If I may suggest try travel and do trick or treat abroad. Choose common destination so you can be hidden among lotsa other players or go to unpopular destination like japan or hawaii. Try to hit all your targets less than 10 minutes and so you just ignore respect gain for now and just aim to hit and get treats. If you get claimed abroad, turn off revive and leave message: revive me for a xanax please. Chat me!

Nothing you can do about it but train and work around it. You can retaliate if you want tho.
While in torn, just let the bounties unclaimed, stay in hosp to reserve your medical cooldown for standing by on travel page.
During bounty waves you really do need stay calm, calculate every action, medical cool down, revive cooldown, drug cooldown. And you really need to move fast with lots of tabs opened. I will let you learn yourown method for this.
Here is good news: day 1 halloween hospital had 30k ppl there. Today 15k ish roughly I estimate. So things less and less brutal now. So fly away

Go train your work stats and go work for a 10 star private security firm. Then no one can bounty you.

As above said the reason for so many recent attacks is the trick or treat event. Also feel free to name and shame who it is. Torn has a mob justice system...sometimes things people think are funny really back fire and end up being a reason for them to change. Other times it doesn't lol.

Also most defo not worth restarting. Just stick it out and ignore they will get bored.
