I wasn't expecting anything so it's a pleasent surprise.
Can Torn actually prevent lags at the beginning of events though? I guess renting more server speeds the first 24h would help, not going to complain about this year after that good old DDOS season though!
Those refills were given to players that Ched thought "needed a lot of help" in the game.
