So the personal computer is pretty much the best thing I’m going to find?
There is a slim chance that you'll find some valuable item (I believe Duke sometimes drops stuff there), but you're probably better off trying to win in the casino than getting lucky with the dump.
If you need to burn 5e it is the only option available before having a refill otherwise you are losing 5e.

Please don't search the dump. Only time it's worth it is during Christmas town. Just wait until you see in forums that Duke have dumped valuable things in the dump during Christmas Town in December.
Like above said. Work on the merit for searching the dump over Xmas, and then only the times that you see forum posts about valuable items being there. Otherwise yeh its a waste of time
There's a merit for 1k searches but otherwise no
there is a merit that you have to throw something worth more than a million maybe you will find my box of grenades
