So let me get this straight...

NS regularly holds Torn wide quarantine events in other countries on events/holidays (such as hunting in SA), but Monarch is the big bad bully for ruining Halloween for one group of faction families?

What did we gain?
- A shit ton of fun, especially halloween week has been the most fun i've had on torn ever.
- New friends and allies (some are strong asf and also others are not as strong) who could help monarch in future ventures, personally i met more people in the last 2 weeks than i have in like the last year.
- Right now we have like 125m a day of rackets we have won from the west ofc this number will change but also a lot more to gain here than we had in the east.
- Some warring experience and new recruits who want action. This is the strongest ME has been with our most recent recruits.

What did we lose?
- revive costs (which if we manage to hold these rackets in the west this will be payed off soon)
- a dirty bomb or a few DB's worth of respect

This game is for fun man don't take it so serious i mainly have have a lot of fun triggering the enemies in the forums too lol

Nobody is saying Monarch should/shouldnt have declared during halloween. (Or atleast i'm not saying that). It was simply responding to what kinglion posted about SA having been offered the opportunity to end the war and their non-acceptance meaning they dont care about their subs and proxies.

That's a good way to look at it. Consider looking at it from SA's point of view then. Majority of what you mentioned are intangibles and cannot be measured is $$$. So instead of saying SA's actions/decisions weren't worth it and trying to measure it in $$$, consider using the same metrics to assess them. I know for me when i finally drop a DB it will be WELL worth it, regardless of how others may try to valuate it in $$$.
