Getting trained by your director. But that probs will cost you if you want all the 10 trains ( in a 10 star company). Best bet is to keep doing edu, keep in as high star company as possible and try to get somewhere where you get 1 train per day.
at your level i think the best is getting daily trains from a player company. i see you are already in one, if they train you daily you are good.
meanwhile complete education courses, it's slow but gives a little boost.
when you have a good income you can think about buying trains, which is probably the fastest way to level them up.
also the education city job will give you points that you can spend on improving single stats, but only after you are promoted to the highest position. it takes a while, especially if you have low stats and i wouldn't recommend it for now.

Do the education city job and boost your shit that way. Finding a job with free consistsnt trains can be a bitch, and with principal in edu you can boost your job stats the way you want to.
