It's probably a dumb though, but there's no a rule concerning impersonation ? "Not Monarch" is not... monarch, obviously, and I know this rule is about player impersonation, but as we can see here, faction impersonation can be pretty malicious and destructive.
They allow scamming here...you think stealing a name is some big deal? come on.
