This says i am 100% close to lvl 100 but i still don't have upgrade button yet

Is the Upgrade button perhaps hidden due to a script or an extension? Please try disabling your extensions once and see if that helps.

Otherwise it is probably a case of rounding and we can pass it up to be checked.

I play on mobile and Don't have any extensions enabled

The percentage really is rounded, so it can actually show as 100% when you're very close. I've fixed this, thanks.
