It has 69.69 dmg too, which should be worth a premium to a collector with discerning taste. :P
The % is annoying, but since there is a X - Y limit on all the weapon stats that the formula creates the quality from, and these weapons go beyond that range, kinda the only solution short of a quality rework. And beside, this means it is now possible for Thor to get a >100% hammer.
I just remembered, wasn't there a dude that opened one of these cache's the other day (think it was an armour cache?) and got a bottle of beer? He must be bashing his head against a wall right now :D
for HOF factions its probably better to keep them in armory since the resell cash wouldn't help much (assuming they're not super broke like DA or M at the moment)
the rest its probably a good idea to resell them for stupid high prices, the cash will certainly help more than keeping the weapons in armory.
Propably best options. Maybe when the market will set fair price for this and hype will end - this will be different. This could be only "faction" weapon - without option to take it outside maybe.
Don`t agree with you. Keeping one with radiation special definitely would help FC a lot. Just imagine fighting future wars with it in the armory and switching between members
I'm interested to see how the market/bazaars will look with these new qualities and perks for the existing weapons. Can't imagine we will still have to browse through the market pages looking through every listing trying to find the good quality ones (and now, good perk ones also). This seems like a big enough update to introduce some kind of filter to the market/bazaars to look for percentage and perks for weapons.
yeah if they're very unique, like hitting the jackpot unique its a good idea to keep them regardless of faction treasury size, but don't forget their prices will only fall in 2023 assuming 250 factions do 1 ranked war per month (my best guess it will be more like 100 doing 2 ranked wars per month) thats 3000+ at minimum don't forget you can get more than 2 per match. the RNGs will roll and weapons become less rare and lose value. still in early stages but this is bound to happen.
