Allow increase of chats fonts for use losing oue eye sight. thanks

Ctrl+"+" will zoom in on pc, mobile devices have options to increase font size for all text.
Start Button > Settings/Control Panel > Ease of Access
PC is set accordingly, just the game isn't. Ctrl + only zoomes the page but not the chat.
Zooms for me just fine...
