This is already done by multiple people on this thread and a few others that are also linked in this thread. I do not have the know-how to create these videos myself but they are here.

The problem arises not from the emoji itself but the emoji suggestion as we are typing. We just need to remove the ability to suggest emojies in numbers only fields. Most other websites do this automatically.

I've experienced this problem on both the Samsung s10 plus and the s21 ultra. I'm assuming any Android device could replicate this. Possibly even iPhone.

Just had the shitty bug happen to Me. Went to place a 100m bid on an item and it's auto adjusted my bid to all cash I had on hand of 809m!

Spoke to bogie regarding this and nothing can be done
I personally believe that after 1 year of the bug being filed they should have found a solution.
A simple one would have been to have the same rules in that text entry as they are in a trade description. No special characters allowed and the box would turn RED with invalid entry.

Complete joke if you ask me. Over 1 year to fix a bug that's been complained about

With the recent faction vault events plus the recent post re-confirming this bug is an issue, maybe someone can bring this issue back to light?

it's plainly obvious that without certain people making a big deal about things this wont get fixed.

This also just happened to me two days ago sent 8b out of faction bank to a member when trying to send 100m auto filled everything there luckily member was awesome and sent it back but issue NOT resolved

Also if you try to type in any numbers after 100 it sort of double inputs?

It seems to be related to gboard updates, I have removed the 100 emoji from suggestions as that seemed to fix it previously
Last time it happened there was a gboard patch released a few weeks after and it stopped

I've replicated the issue using GBoard keyboard type on the Samsung Galaxy S22/Android 13
And wasn't able to replicate the incorrect behavior using Samsung or Microsoft Swiftkey Keyboard

Could this bug affect faction vaults and withdrawal too? Could be a huge problem. Me and my spouse have experienced the same bug lately with the vault. Not sure about other things

It does the same on fac withdrawal, if dealing with them you should be paying attention to the confirmation
