Bit embarrassing and sad regardless of if there was a deal for a cache specifically or not. I'd assume you gave him some false promise of a reward since Muttley isn't one to just make stuff up.

If you know him irl your greedy ass still could have compensated him or come to some kinda reward, they're only pixels after all. But I'm sure once you saw the cache roll in the greed set in with it, usually how gamblers like you react. Rich is a well known degenerate gambler of whom I've heard rumours with which he gambles with his factions vault money. Whether that's true or not idk, but I do know you the type who can't wait 2 mins after getting mugged before going again, usually the most addicted display that trait.

Muttley has always been a great friend on here. Always come to help us out right from the early days of <100k respect. I always pay him even though he never really pushes for much.


He spoke to me a few days prior to your ranked war and was fully under the impression he would be given a cache for his help. I’ve known him for a while on here and he certainly isn’t someone to shy away from helping you out and he certainly isn’t someone to lie about stuff like payment.

edit: that and he’s spoke about you / your faction numerous times so I have no doubt in my mind he did consider you a close friend before you shafted him. Let’s be real your faction would have been lucky to get a single cache without their help.
