This is an awesome guide. Do you have any suggestions for salty restarts who get kicked out of multiple factions before they even get going back in the game?
Agree with everything except paying for trains. This should only be done by whales who have an end-goal & know what they're doing (10* AN for 2x HJ's for example)
If desperate for work stats, just get a job in Education & buy work stats with the JP's for free. They'll need Edu job anyway for the 10% education time reduction.

Never claimed staying in Edu was good long-term as you're missing out on valuable job perks in the meantime, but you seem to think job points are super-important for noobs when in reality it's probably the least important part of the game, at least in the beginning.
Aside from that, good luck finding an AN with no e-DVD tax, especially as a beginner with low stats. Sweet Shop is a solid option for new accounts, but i would argue Candle Shop is the better option. The ability to exchange JP's for energy > anything AN's or Sweet Shops offer.
