    Oh god, the formatting. But to answer you question, yes, if the enemy's defense is high enough when compared to your strength, your attacks can be mitigated and you'll deal no damage.

I lost to this guy while doing 0 damage... How is this possible? Is his defense just too high? All my stats are in the 2.5k range right now.

But to answer you question, yes, if the enemy's defense is high enough when compared to your strength, your attacks can be mitigated and you'll deal no damage.

To hit for 0 they must have at least 14x your Str in DeF.


For guaranteed misses it’s something like 64x your Spd in Dex.

if its a mission thing that you need to complete you could use the strength boosting needle, epinephrine, that boosts your strength by 500%, or use a Vicodin, or LSD even
