Or, if you think cash now could benefit you more (since you have donator status already), sell it to the pawn shop, unless you know how to sell it without getting mugged.
A donator pack give you benefits for 30 days. If you're going to be playing actively, it's a good idea to always have a donator pack in use.
If you accidentally open a second one while the first one is in use, don't worry, the days will stack.
If you are already "covered" with an active donator pack or subscription, additional donator packs can be sold to make money for other things.
If you're not playing actively, maybe just logging on occasionally to fly or use the casino, then you don't need a donator pack. They are useful if you are going to use the gym, do crimes. use points or used advanced search to find people.

The only exceptions are some of our oldest and highest-stat players, who have gotten the crime merits and train with stat enhancers instead of energy and no longer need the benefits of a donator pack. However, most of the top players still use them (or a subscription).

No after you go back to 100 unless you use another Donator pack before the end.
