    What is the mission? Plenty of inactive players. Go to https://www.torn.com/halloffame.php and look at people with no facs. Then select any >1k days inactive. They won't come back

Are there any inative players, preferably low-level, you can think of? I am trying to complete the "New Kid on the Block" mission, but dont want to risk losing everything

you can also just type in a random string of numbers and find a player that is at level 1 and attack them. I did this a lot for halloween since all my targets were in the hospital

That’s a good way to do it :)

Another way would be to watch the last page of hospital and see when a low level (with low life now) is coming out and then attack that player.

You can do that mission with NPCs from previous missions. Can do same NPC multiple times. But give him time to get out of hospital.
