how does this interact with poison and flame?
does this bonus get applied to the effect? like instead of doing 1000 extra dmg over 20 turns, it does 1160 dmg instead or is it only on regular hits?

If eviscerate is applied first, the hit that triggers periodic damage will do more, and so will the DoT since it's a percent of damage done.

If eviscerate is applied second, it doesn't increase the already ongoing periodic damage.
