    There are 30 items in stock right now and 10 items are displayed per page, there shouldn't be a fourth page available at all. Passing along to Vlad for checking. Thanks!

So I went to big Al's as a faction member asked to check if page 4 (in screenshot) showed empty for me as well. As you can see it did
I'm assuming it's because theres no more items to show from lack of stock but could be a bug/issue
Note: check with and without scripts running and happened both times

There are 30 items in stock right now and 10 items are displayed per page, there shouldn't be a fourth page available at all.

Yes, the number of items can go up and down based on what the players are purchasing. I just emptied the Pepper Spray stock and it is down to 30 items again. And you can see that it is still showing fourth page:
