The dropdown on Loadout currently appears to have some weird sorting order (perhaps purchase date?):

It would be helpful if the mods were sorted in the same order as the Mods inventory itself, which orders it by Tier descending:

At present, the quick drop down is pretty much useless, you would want your top 5 mods to show up, not some random ones.
