***The most important thing to learn from this thread is the shopping list at the bottom of post 1 with all viable weapons listed.  The one thing you should take with you from this thread, is the fact that you are the dumbest mother f**ker anyone has ever seen if you are buying weapons not listed there or at least knowing your weapon is crap and needs to be replaced.  The difference between a weapon with 50 damage vs one with 60 damage is around 25% less damage from having 10 less damage... this means buying a weapon with AMAZING bonuses means nothing if your weapon has crap damage and accuracy***

Introduction
(Every section is grouped by orange text, and the green text will tell you whether to skip the section or not.)

This guide was written as more of a reference guide for what to look for when buying stuff and the ranges of legendary bonuses. Many players spend loads of money on horrible items that are actually hurting them through a loss of accuracy or damage. Tier lists are popular and many have asked me to keep it. All bonuses are viable, but I would suggest more so using A or B tiers, and then C or D tiers if you need a cheaper end weapon.

The answer to "What bonus should i get" is exactly the same as asking "whats better dex or defense". The answer is simply what you like the idea of better is going to be what is actually better. Please note that the most important part of this thread is in post #2 the shopping references. A weapon is not "S" or "God" tier if it is not on that list of names... if you have a red pen knife with blood lust, you qualify for the Torn Special Olympics if you think that's good despite blood lust being good. I wrote this guide as legendaries were being discovered and still think tier lists are useless due to them being simply just opinion, but players like them so I have 2 different tier lists. One list is ordered by damage that you could potentially be adding into a fight (I simulated the possible damage throughout a fight that you could be adding so there is no bias in this list), and a second list of utility. The damage tree is a bit more viable as there is more benefit in big wars to finishing your fight as soon as possible so that you can quickly move into the next fight and maximize the amount of kills you get before someone takes you down.

There are 3 parts to this guide and each part is it's own post in the thread.

Utility Tier List (POST 2)

Armor Tier List (POST 3)

mug's Tier List (Or at the very least a quick reference for what each bonus does!)
(How I rate each legendary is my own personal opinion, how you rate them and how anyone rates them is personal opinion. These are my current thoughts. You are not forced to use my guide. If you like it cool. If not, didn't really give a shit. In reality anything is potentially viable, but anything with C or higher in the tier list is more viable IMO.

This section has two tier lists a "Damage List" for those that like to go 'full retard' and try to kill as fast as possible, and a "Utility List" which can either help your fight survivability or to simply be more annoying)

Damage Tier List: This list is organized by pure damage increase. If it doesn't increase damage significantly enough it isn't in this list. If your goal is to do as much damage as possible this list is probably fairly accurate and took me a lot of hours to make with math/simulations. If you are looking for being more annoying/survivability then skip to the Utility tier list.

QUALITY RANGE: (Will update as i see higher or lower ranges)
Yellow 82.39% to 187.51%
Orange 136.91% to 235.67%
Red 210.72% to 312.19%

As a note below in A Tier, Puncture has been severely nerfed and is more like a B tier perk.  The nerf lowered the % for each color by a lot at the tradeoff that it ignores armor bonuses like EOD.

How do I know what is a good legendary weapon and what is not? (Good list for shopping)
(If you see a weapon and are wondering is it good and worth my money or not, read this section to help you decide on which weapons are actually worth buying)

These are the best weapons in the game in terms of accuracy and damage. If they are already great weapons; they will be improved further as legendaries so narrowing weapons down to the best non-legendary weapons gives you a great list for shopping of what weapons to look for. If you're wondering if a legendary is good and the gun isn't on this list then it's not the best it's just a weapon with a bonus.

Buying a weapon for the perk it has, and not caring about what weapon that perk is on could essentially lose you 1000's of damage within a fight. I will list the top few of each weapon type that have around 50+ accuracy and 50+ damage since some bonuses are exclusive to certain weapons, If the weapon you are buying is not on this list, you will end up replacing it one day with one that is on the list as they are superior.

Do not buy something for the bonus. Buy something because it is actually good and will be hard to replace.

Please note that the rough range of when a gun reloads does not include the math course. Items not on this list are still viable but will never compare to ones that are on this list (as in if 2 weapons had the exact same bonus with the exact same %... the one that is on the list would shit on the one that is not on this list).

This list is not in any specific order anymore, If you like accuracy more aim for something with higher accuracy with reasonable damage, if you like damage more go for the one with higher damage and good enough accuracy.

Primary -

Rifles: (Rifles are superior in every way and should be what you use)

  • Armalite (Non-Legendary 68 damage/57 accuracy; reloads around every ~5th turn) (Ranked #1 best primary weapon)
  • Enfield SA-80 (Non-Legendary 63 dmg/ 55 acc; reloads around every ~7/8th turn) (Ranked #2 best primary weapon)
  • Tavor TAR-21 (Non-Legendary 65 dmg/ 52 acc; reloads around every ~5th turn) (Ranked #3  best primary weapon)
  • SIG 552 (Non-Legendary 69 dmg/ 50 acc; reloads around every ~5/6 turns) (Ranked #4 best primary weapon, ranked #2 as second most popular rifle — large damage but lacks accuracy.  Many players love it for its high damage stat. I personally rank it as #4 but it competes with rank 2 and 3 depending on your preferences)

Budget Rifles: Rifles are the strongest weapons in the game (New section for those shopping on a budget!)
~M16 A2 Rifle (62 dmg / 48 accuracy; reloads around every ~4/5 turns) - This weapon can get a 50+ accuracy on a very good pull, on a legendary the accuracy is boosted. It's not as good as the other weapons but a good budget choice.
~Steyr AUG (65 dmg / 46 accuracy; reloads around every ~5/6 turns) - Legendary will buff the accuracy to low 50's. Very good choice if you're trying to snag your first cheap legendary with high damage.
~AK-47 (Non-Legendary 56 dmg/ 53 acc; reloads around every ~5th turn) -- Lower damage means this could be a cheap buy as players favor damage.

What makes rifles one of the best weapons in the game is due to several factors. Including lengthy clips, mods that can be used / no need to hinder your mods to make a weapon work, and perks that can be on the weapon.

Shotgun: (Highly suggested to use extra magazines mod with potentially recoil pad otherwise I would not use a shotgun as their ammo is very limited) (You hinder yourself by not using a rifle)

  • Benelli M4 Super (Non-Legendary 59 dmg/ 55 acc; reloads around every ~3 turns)
  • Jackhammer (Non-Legendary 69 dmg/ 52 acc; reloads around every ~2 turns)
  • Mag 7 (Non-Legendary 56 dmg/ 62 acc; reloads around every ~2 turns)

With recoil pad, the m4 can last 6-7 turns as it mostly only shoots 1 bullet. The other mod you want to use with a shotgun is a choke for more damage.

Machine Gun: (You hinder yourself by not using a rifle)

  • Stoner 96 (Yellow version has 76 dmg/ 53 acc; reloads around every ~8/9 turns) (Far superior to the other new machine guns in terms of damage/accuracy/ammo)

This weapon is actually one of the highest damage weapons (a red stoner will have as much damage as a red armalite). The downside to this is that you can't use a flashlight which I believe is one of the best mods to use and a flashlight can't be put on a heavy machine gun.

Sub Machine Gun (Please note that these primary SMG's DO NOT compare to the secondary SMG of BT-MP9 which is far superior as an SMG) (You hinder yourself by not using a rifle):

  • Bushmaster Carbon 15 (Non-Legendary 50 dmg/ 57 acc; reloads vary... very large span of fire rate so with lots of luck this could last half of the fight and with bad luck only 2 turns)

Secondary -

Heavy Artillery:

  • Milkor MGL (Yellow version has 79 dmg/ 45 acc; reloads every 6 turns exactly) [Stricken Only]
  • The China Lake (Yellow version has 80 dmg/ 49 acc; reloads every 3 turns exactly) [Stricken Only]

Pistol: (IMO There are not many good items in a small cache outside of the BT MP9 SMG, chances are if you are opening small caches you are hopeful for something like execute as damage does not matter, only accuracy... or eviscerate to apply it and not use the weapon again... in this case i suggest stacking accuracy mods; If you do get one of these pistols secondary with an effect that you want to use throughout many turns, I suggest mods that increase ammo such as extra mags and possibly extra ammo magazine)

  • Qsz-92 (Non-Legendary 62 dmg/ 53 acc; reloads around every ~2/3 turns) (Ranked #2 [tie] best secondary [Only viable with Assassination])
  • Cobra Derringer (Non-Legendary 61 dmg/ 53 acc; reloads around every ~1/2 turns) (Ranked #2 [tie] best secondary [Only viable with Assassination])

Sub Machine Gun:

  • BT MP9 (Non-Legendary 61 dmg/ 55 acc; reloads vary... very large span of fire rate so with lots of luck this could last half of the fight and with bad luck only 2 turns) (Ranked #1 best secondary weapon)

Melee -

Piercing:

  • Macana (Non-Legendary 57 dmg/ 65 acc) (Ranked #1 [Tie] best Melee weapons)
  • Diamond Blade Knife (Non-Legendary 60 dmg/ 63 acc) (Ranked #1 [Tie] best Melee weapons)

Clubbed:

  • Metal Nunchakus (Non-Legendary 61 dmg/ 60 acc) (Ranked #1 [Tie] best Melee Weapons)

Slashing:

  • Kodachi (Non-Legendary 62 dmg/ 56 acc) (Ranked #2 best Melee Weapons) (This is a Japanese blade and receives +10% damage from education)

Budget options that exist for Slashing: (These are not really as viable but are good on a budget / temporary legendary you will sell)

  • Katana (Non-Legendary 52 dmg/ 55 acc) (This is a Japanese blade and receives +10% damage from education)
  • Yasukuni Sword (Non-Legendary 65 dmg/ 49 acc) (This is a Japanese blade and receives +10% damage from education)
  • Samurai Sword (Non-Legendary 58 dmg/ 52 acc) (This is a Japanese blade and receives +10% damage from education)
  • Naval Cutlass (Non-Lengendary 64 dmg/ 52 acc)

The best melees are balanced with great accuracy and great damage, but a Japanese blade can surpass the damage due to education at a trade off of accuracy so they are still good options.

Out of all weapons while there are a lot of "Viable ones" the specific ones that I ranked completely shit on the rest of the weapons and you should really if you care about being the best you can only shop from the 9 items below as these will far outdo the rest by miles:

Rifles rank the best primary to use in order:
1) Arma
2) Enfield
3) Tarvor
4) Sig 552 (2nd most popular rifle due to largest damage so ranks higher if you want damage over accuracy)

Secondary ranking order:
1) BT MP9

2) Qsz-92 / Cobra Derringer (Assassination perk only)

Melee ranking order:
1) Diamond Blade Knife (for those that like higher damage)

1) Metal Nunchakus (for those that like higher damage)
2) Macana (for those that like higher accuracy)
3) Kodachi (barely viable but more damage on paper, way less accuracy so may not actually add to more damage)

.Utility Tier List: (Items that have usefulness for survivability/make you more annoying. Not many of these items increase your damage in a fight scenario)

QUALITY RANGE: (Will update as i see higher or lower ranges)
Yellow 82.39% to 187.51%
Orange 136.91% to 235.67%
Red 210.72% to 312.19%

The XP increase weapon is not on any list, no I do not recommend it leveling is extremely easy as is. Do not use one and make yourself a leveling target.

Part 3 - This section will go over armors and what they look like and what they do, as well briefly mentioning clothing and how it can conceal your armor.

Armor - VERY IMPORTANT BEFORE WE START TO READ THIS
1) Each point of armor is -1% damage, no matter what the player's strength is. Having a chest with 40 armor reduces damage to your chest in the armor by 40%.
2) Armor only protects what it covers. It is possible that some armors will give no damage reduction because they have skin showing and it is possible that you are hit in a skin showing area for full damage. You can check an item and look at it's coverage stat. Mousing over it will tell you what the armor covers (or clicking on mobile most likely will show you the exact body parts covered). If an item says it only covers 50% of head then it's a 50/50 chance that you are hit in an armor area and the damage reduction is applied if shot in the head, and a 50% chance no reduction is given and full damage is awarded to the attacker. In general the more skin you see on your player model, the less you are protected in that area.
3) If a player is wearing clothing to hide their armor, you can mouse over (on pc) or click (on mobile) where the armor would be and a tooltip will show the player's armor. You don't need to know what they look like but it is very important to know the name of each and what each does so that you aren't doing stupid shit like dumping a gun into a bullet reducing armor when you had a magical melee you could have used.

Armor Tier List: (Armors are too close together to really make a good tier list.  The most important thing I can mention is that if you're a first time legendary armor buyer a riot helmet, and dune vest are the two cheapeset and biggest improvements from combat armor if you are not rich enough for an entire set or assault body armor these should be the first 2 things you aim to buy for armor if you want to make a huge improvement.

My current thoughts are that a majority of you should be aiming for the stat boosting sets.  Despite the fact that distraction kills stats, I originally didn't rate it as highly but giving it a second thought boosting your stats can result in several highly positive scenarios.  Your stats might be high enough where players now need to group fight you to reduce your stats... your stats might be high enough where even if you are a middle of the board in stats in your faction player the boost may make it so a higher stat player now needs to take your low stat ass out instead of the high levels they should be focusing on due to the enemies middle tier no longer being able to do it.  These scenarios can make the enemies energy less effective which is the best possible result you can ever achieve in war.  IF you feel your stats are to the point where boosting them higher gains you no further benefit then you should aim for EOD or the B tier sets.
)

QUALITY RANGE:

For armors all ranges are 0% to 100%.  The higher the % the better as that means it has more armor and you know now from reading how important armor point value is!

Armors are heavily based on your positioning of your stats in comparison to all of your faction members during rank wars.... Territory wars EOD would be useless if you are not a super high stat player... but territory wars are not common.  In rank wars if you are a top stat member in your faction EOD is likely the best set you can use regardless of your stats (dex or defense, even if dex is only 10b or so)... if you are consistently being group fought because you are that much of a beast within your faction you should get EOD regardless of how high your stats are as this will heavily discourage people from trying to kill you in group fights or cause them to fail or need a lot more people

If you are getting group fought all the time I would avoid Sentinel / Vanguard sets.  As a top end player in my faction I am group fought all the time since it is the only way to kill me... these armors are effectively just being used for the amount of armor they give and not the perk at this point if I were to use them.

While I have all of the above armors in B tier -- These are probably the sets that most people should get... assault set is extremely strong and and an unpopular opinion to bro science people (like really retarded people that think price point of oranges being way more expensive than assault when oranges are like 1 in every 100 armor openings) is that this set competes with oranges and that is true.  The orange armor sets are really only keeping you alive for 1 or 2 extra hits at a cost of 5-15x more money to buy one of the orange sets compared to an assault set.  These 3 sets in B are the cheapest out of all sets and they are very good... even without the gas station marauder set can be good because of the high armor and extra life lets you stay alive longer especially since the health scales with how much health you have (as in if you have 7500 life it adds +20% on to that... but if you have 9000 life from faction war perks then it adds +20% on top of 9000)

A Quick note on clothing (potential to add annoyance) (If you're interested in somewhat concealing what armor you are wearing to hide what bonus you have from armor then I would read this section or if you are interested in what your enemy is wearing despite not being able to see the armor under clothing; if neither of those applies then you have finished the guide! It is important to note that if someone is wearing clothing you can mouse over or click where the armor should be and a tooltip will appear to reveal what they are wearing.  Not all armors can be hidden with clothing and I am not that interested in finding out which armors can/can't.  This is just something potential for you to note.)

This is optional because it may not help a ton as you can see in the picture below (or well you can't see) this player is NOT wearing a helmet but they are wearing a full combat set minus having any helmet on.

This is just going to be a quick section as it's something optional and not very useful for most players. The idea is to conceal what armor bonuses you are wearing as a very slight edge during defends to not let your enemy attempt to play around with your armor if possible. Probably very few players will attempt like less than half of a % of torn to play around your armor. Most players even if they can see you will dump their guns into a -30% full set of reduced bullet damage without blinking an eye as most of torn are idiots.

A few things to note:

  • Only one item in torn exists currently that hides head armor, the Sandworm Mask '21, it is limited to only 250 in all of torn.
  • If you can't get Sandworm, clothing is probably not worth it unless if you wear a mixed set of armor as most people will probably assume you are wearing a full set for the full set bonus which is well worth having. If you do not care about the full set bonus (which is quite large) you can adopt a mind game playstyle and wear the melee reduction helmet, with full clothing hiding the 4 pieces of armor that reduce bullet damage to be sneaky.  It also can't hide everything something like EOD is too large to fit under a mask.
  • A little known fact is that you can mouse over (on computer) or click on an area (mobile) on the player model and it will show a tooltip of what armor an enemy is wearing. A pro and con, pro is that most players won't ever know about this tooltip, also many will probably not stop and take the time to check the tooltip; a con is that you can't really conceal your armor as there are ways for a player to find out.
  • Some of the new armors are very bulky so armor might not conceal them such as EOD which is a massive bulky armor set, clothing may be disabled while this set is on.

I am just educating you on a potential benefit during defends, it's your choice if you are looking to conceal your armor or not as it is going to be expensive.

The main use of a Sandworm Mask '21 would be to conceal 3 helmets and that would be the Welding Helmet, Delta Gas Mask, Vanguard Respirator as one blocks flashbangs and the other 2 blocks tear gas which are commonly used items. Tricking an enemy into wasting one of their turns is quite the advantage.

Cheap clothing -
The cheapest items for concealing armor would be the entire Santa outfit, diving flippers, any glove seems to do the trick. Santa outfits are produced in bulk every December so they are very affordable. Onesie is one of the most common I see, big bulky items seem to work such as ball gown, straitjacket, raincoat. I do not know if these things cover all armors they may not work with something like EOD armor as it is very big and bulky for armor.

mug [553318] Committee Committee

So what should I use? (I get asked pretty often so adding this section, in short there is no best weapon depending on stats... being a defense or dexterity whore does not change what is best.)

My suggestion is that RIFLES are what you should aim to get as your first legendary weapon and what you should spend the most money on.  Rifles are superior against all other weapons with damage, accuracy, and how long the gun lasts before out of ammo.  Guns are superior due to special ammo and weapon mods.  There are very few good secondary's and melee is nerfed by strip clubs 10 star perk as well as parry.

Best weapons
Primary (Get a rifle):
Now that you know only rifles are actually the most viable, you just narrowed the large list of perks down to only have 7 choices and that is Penetrate, Puncture, Deadeye, Expose, Powerful, Specialist (only viable on Enfield), Sure shot (best vs dex whores).

Penetrate or Puncture or Powerful - Staple go to if you do not want much RNG.  I would personally pick one of the ones that reduces armor as it should be doing more damage, though powerful does better if you frequent special ammo.

Deadeye or Expose - RNG based... more headshots or making your crits hit like a truck.  The RNG gives it potential to do more or less than the other damage perks.

Specalist (Enfield only) - This perk is only viable on an Enfield in my opinion, the % bonus of extra damage is higher than what Powerful can reach and an enfield with math bachelors + a recoil pad will allow you to reach 15 turns without reloading.  Specialist goes up to 59% vs powerful only hitting 45% so the % damage increase is a lot larger by a good amount.  Yes you have to use a recoil pad not allowing you to flashlight or laser sight but not having to reload for a long time lets you squeeze in another 1-2 hits that another player would have done a 0 damage turn reloading.  I see these are priced a bit higher than other perks at the time of writing and should be really only considered on an Enfield and if you have the math bachelors / a recoil pad.

Sure shot - The actual damage increase is not that high compared to the other perks unless you are fighting a dex whore as that is the main use and low percentages are not very useful.  It should only be on your mind if you're getting a high percent bonus and you hate the living shit out of dex whores.

It's up to you on what you prefer, specialist you can likely get cheaper, sure shot is very niche on if you are trying to beat a dex player in specific.  I am not a big RNG guy some fights might not have crits making you miss out on damage with deadeye, and expose on it's own isn't going to do as much as penetrate / puncture / powerful could do unless if you are getting good RNG and just non stop crits in a row.

Secondary weapon -
You have a few choices here of what is best.  Motivation (pistol or smg), Assassinate (pistol), Revitalize (smg), Execute (pistol), Warlord (smg), Eviscerate (Blunderbuss).

Motivation - The purpose of motivation would be to beef yourself up to being harder to kill as well as increasing the damage of future fights or attacks as it lasts long enough to last you a few fights with a 5 minute buff.

Revitalize - Huge perk and honestly nothing is better than revitalize. More energy means you are a menace for the enemy faction for a lot longer by gaining more respect due to more hits while capping enemy meds even more.  This is especially true if you are a high level and can pin down other higher levels letting your mid/lower stat players continue to fight.  Revitalize while it can be expensive pays for itself and is the only weapon that pays for itself.  Between getting more Halloween treats every year, you are also getting more hits in wars which means a higher payout on every war and every Halloween... the weapon over time will literally have cost you 0 dollars... it's the best possible perk because of how good it is in wars and the ability to make money with.

Assassinate (requires trigger mod paired with a sight for even more accuracy) - Obviously only good for first turn, and it needs to be on a good weapon.  I am not huge on it but if all you care about is damage it is a good weapon to get.  The only viable pistols worth getting this on are Cobra, Desert Eagle (which has super low accuracy), and the Qsz-92.  The reason being is these 3 have the highest damage of all pistols which is what you should look for since the only purpose is to deal the most damage possible and never use the weapon again.  I rate it low in my guide as using it more than 1 turn makes it horrible.  It should not be something you consider getting until you have a primary, and for most the larger majority of torn it's not as useful as motivation / revitalize can be in secondary slot.

Warlord - Very niche, a max warlord can make it so that you are doing 4 hits worth of damage to the enemy faction for every 3 hits.  It doesn't have the same perk of more hits which I see as more valuable personally at my high stats to pin players down easier as well as cap meds easier.

Execute - This is kind of the opposite of sure shot as it is mostly a defense whore counter, someone that has high defense reducing your damage significantly per hit as long as you can get them down to 20-29% and then use a high % execute you can win the fight against a defense whore that you are struggling to beat down. It is not good unless you are looking at more of a red level.  It would be my last choice personally as you should just opt to group fight instead if you are struggling.

Eviscerate (requires trigger mod paired with likely a grip mod for more accuracy) - The blunderbuss has very low accuracy so it is going to be hard to use against a dexterity player.  Your goal would be to first turn shot this to apply the debuff in hopes it hits and then focus on using your other weapons with the buffed damage.  It's hard to suggest since blunderbuss is extremely low accuracy, but it is an option if you are really trying to use eviscerate but can't use it on melee.

In my opinion the strongest perk you can ever get here is revitalize.  The ability to pay itself off as well as the ability to have more energy for chains, pinning people down is extremely strong.  Stricken is also an option for secondary but it's main use is really only good if you sell hospitalize time to people to sleep or any mercenary hits in general.

Melee -
For melee you actually have a handful of best options.  Melee is the weakest because you can not use mods with it.  You also can't use special ammo making it weaker than guns.  You also have both gents and ladies strip clubs that reduce melee damage or give a player a significant default dodge chance on melee.  You also have parry that is fairly popular making melee not worth heavily investing into.

Your best options damage wise is going to be Fury or Rage depending on if you like a mega hit attack or more consistency.  Fairly close damage wise but I do think they will do a little less are penetrate or puncture, these are actually a bit better on melee due to guns losing out on 1 out of the 4 special ammos since piecing ammo is useless/diminishing returned.  Lesser options would be bleed, expose, deadeye but still the better damage options compared to the rest of the melee perks.  It would depend on what one you prefer.

There is also Eviscerate to apply a debuff that can buff your future attacks dealt with your guns.

Motivation is easier to stack on melee because you do not have to reload so it is more efficient to stack motivation with melee instead of secondary weapons.  This is the least affected by the negatives... there may be a handful of players with parry or in a 10 star strip club but these stacks last for 5 minutes meaning you can stack it on a player that doesn't have these things to negate melee and then wait until you find another player like that to stack back up leaving you unhindered at all.

Bloodlust is good for dealing with group fights if you have extremely high stats.  Every player that joins the fight and dies to you could potentially be healing 900-1500 health.  While this perk is going to be affected by all of the melee reductions (parry/strip clubs) overall the point of this is to just heal as much as possible... very few if any of the people in the group fight will have something nerfing melee so a majority of hits will be going through and healing you.  This is the only time it is worth making melee in your defend settings to 100 it is most likely extremely bad to do this when war time ends unless if you have ridiculous stats where no one attacks you outside of group fights.

Parry if you want to scout out morons that have melee turned to being on in their defend settings for a free kill (unsure how common this is), it can also be great to avoid people using plunder making it a pain in ass for them to last hit with it (granted a clothing store's -75% amount mugged is much better for this).

Plunder obviously if you mug.

Quicken and Empower are potential ways to reach a high stat player you couldn't hit before -- i think the damage weapons i mentioned are better for increasing damage but these can let you fight a bit out of your stat range making it easier to fight higher stat defense/dex whores by increasing your hit chance / reducing their damage reduction so it's a great perk for cheeky players that want to fight above their weight belt.

It really depends what you want for melee, it is hard to advise that you spend heavily on melee.  There are so many disadvantages that you risk your melee weapon being turned useless with strip clubs severely nerfing melee with their 10 star perk and parry being well liked. Buy a good Rifle first, then you can consider melee.  You also shouldn't be an idiot setting your defend settings to melee only allowing parry players to just delete you with ease, unless if you are a complete beast shutting down group fights with bloodlust as that's the only reason to go full retard on melee defend settings.

This and the fight like a top 100 guide should be the most uprated thread in Torn

R- for the lack of description and content.

I prefer CLFR's graphs about ELO crap and Andys' useless guides about racing and whatever the f**k else he teaches

My wife had been having some trouble to cum lately so last night i started reading her this guide while she touched herself and we coudnt get past the first part before It happened, so thank you for saving my marriage.

I see home run is on shit tier due to deflecting only damage temps, but i think i saw somewhere on the forums that it can deflect any incoming temps and wiki would be wrong, which would make sense since the ingame description doesnt have such limitation.

Is there any info confirming how its suppposed to work?
I could only find this but searching torn forums is shit https://www.torn.com/forums.php#/p=threads&f=10&t=16253870&b=0&a=0&start=60&to=22052133

Also whats your opinion on Cristiano Ronaldo?

Home run is one of the top 5 perks in the game :)

Nurz threw a Smoke Grenade but it was deflected with Anis's Metal Nunchakus
ShadowAlex threw a HEG but it was deflected with Anis's Metal Nunchakus
One_Punch_Man threw a Grenade but it was deflected with Anis's Metal Nunchakus
Rogerinbrown threw a Tear Gas but it was deflected with Anis's Metal Nunchakus
raintrain threw a Flash Grenade but it was deflected with Anis's Metal Nunchakus

I don't have pepper log because my moto deflects it, but I know someone else who has deflected a pepper with their home run weapon

You trying to sell a smurf gun for premium profit?

or you legitimately think it’s good?

The disadvantage from level holding and having reduced health severely outweighs the additional damage

ah nice to see ched got it working for all temps; think it was having issues so all committee probably still think it's just damage temps

I would agree it's pretty op for first few turns until temp is thrown and would toss it up to the top few since it looks like yours is only yellow with a 41% chance to deflect. would put it in god tier cus being able to smack back half of the smokes people throw at you would be very strong. will update.

Hard to get a lot of these effects when people are posting them in 200 different threads; wiki needs to add the ones i have that it doesn't. still think i need like 4 that haven't been seen yet or haven't been posted on the forums or that i haven't seen.

level holding is shit but people still do it despite everyone telling them not to. If they can beat level 100's nothing is going to compete with the damage increase only good for like 5 players in the game but if they are a level holder they should definitely get it as their best bet is to end the fight as quick as possible since the enemy will end it quick if they do not.

Can't exclude people just because they are shit; I will add a 'slow person' safety warning and edit in that it is just for whores since this is torn and some level 99 is going to think it's amazing.

Assassinate at C tier!? Are you sure? Do you even mug, bro? Are you aware of how powerful a Speed Trigger with special ammo is?

And penetrate, puncture, deadeye, and expose at B tier!?!?

Wither/weaken/slow/cripple are pretty underwhelming in my book. They are not multiplicative against opponent's needles. 3 stacks of Wither barely makes a dent in your opponent's Epi.

Demoralize is the only truly god tier imo, because it's area of effect. 6 vs 1 guy with a GAK, and the demo lands, all 6 players get -10% on all stats for 5 mins.

wow *depression kicks in*

thanks and rip, for sure not god tier no more then if that was just a bug
