Not sure why but twice now this bet has been refunded even though the match is in play?

So I could end up losing out on a bet twice that I’ve been allowed to bet on that has no reason to be refunded ? It’s not be postponed

The match appears to be in progress on the Bookie page, bet was placed almost 12 hours in advance, so there shouldn't be any reason to refund it.

All my Gerwyn Price bets (some bets even a day in advance!) have been refunded. Lost out on quite a bit of money, however today he lost so I guess it breaks even.

Can we also get an update on this bet been pending for weeks

There was a bug with unexpected refunds for some Darts events. Now it's fixed. All the bets were corrected.

Your $1,000,000 Gerwyn Price(2-Way Full event) bet on Gerwyn Price v Michael Smith was determined as "refunded" due to a bug. Since you have already collected it, $1,000,000 was taken from your account. Now it is set to "lost". Sorry for the inconvenience

You bet on Price, who lost the match. The bet was refunded due to a bug. The money that was refunded would be the same amount that was deducted from your account.

In case of people who placed the bet Smith and were refunded the money, they got the winnings credited to them after deducting the refund amount from hand. Like the following:
04:45:00 - 19/01/22 DeGurkin won $178,500,000 on their $75,000,000 (x2.38) bet in the Bookie on Michael Smith (2-Way Full event) bet on Gerwyn Price v Michael Smith (Darts)
23:21:32 - 01/01/22 DeGurkin collected their $75,000,750 in winnings from the Bookie
22:00:12 - 01/01/22 DeGurkin was refunded for their $75,000,000 (x2.38) bet in the Bookie on Michael Smith (2-Way Full event) bet on Gerwyn Price v Michael Smith (Darts)
