Your $100,000,000 Gerwyn Price(2-Way Full event) bet on Gerwyn Price v Michael Smith was determined as "refunded" due to a bug. Since you have already collected it, $100,000,000 was taken from your account. Now it is set to "lost". Sorry for the inconvenience

The bet was incorrectly refunded due to a bug and you withdrew the refunded amount. The bet still stands and you would have lost the money if it had gone through. The refunded amount was deducted from your account. You can simply withdraw the money wherever you deposited it when the bet was refunded.

it is not good when you refund your money at your own game and when i lose i still lose?
How about refunded about winnings do they still gave the refunds?

Yes the bet accidentally cancelled after the match had already started due to incorrect data sent by the Bookie provider. Which is why the bet and the results stand. Here's an example of player who won the bet and was given the money for the Win:
