I have just stumbled across this mode of income, and I have several questions.
1.) I know there are several ways to spy on people's stats. I am currently working towards army job 'spy stats' action, and I was wondering how else one could spy for stats? 2.) What does a partial vs full spy mean? Is it a different job bonus for job points? If so, which job? 3.) How much, per spy, could I assume to make? What is a proper rate, not too cheap, not too expensive?

When you spy sometimes you don't get all stats in one go. So people have to do multiple to get all stats. That's a full spy, when you can give all stats info
You can also do spies in law firm (3* perk) and television network (5* perk)
Television spies also give you money on hand.
You can also do another type of money spy, which won't give you target stats, through hair salon's 3* perk
So partial spy and full spy is actually the same thing, its just a full spy you will do as many attempts you need to get the full battlestat information of your target.
If your target has more battlestats than you, it will take more attempts to receive the full picture than someone weaker.
A partial spy generally means, you only attempt the spy once and spend only 10jp for the cost. While a full spy is, well you can read my first sentence again.
My rates are $500k for a partial and $1mil for a full spy (since it generally never takes more than two attempts for me to complete a full spy, so I charge $500k for the first attempt and ask if my customer wants to upgrade to a full spy and do another attempt if yes).
I don't believe this is true. I have done plenty of one shot full spies on targets much higher than me, and several that took 2 or more that were lower. Having done bulk spies for wars several times, I really think it's pure RNG on how much you get
