We have checked this, this was unintended to act on 0 defend, it will only proc should one be trying to use the bat on the same turn a temp is thrown, with % chance of the effect determining the likelihood. Apologies for the inconvenience. This will be in patch notes tomorrow but want to make you aware currently for fairness sake.

doubt it as you can sill set it to 1/100 to have it proc on defends.

anyway at least i get some free bumps while staff and committee take turns shitting on my trading efforts i guess :D
