Thats the response i get is that allready with banking merits ore do i need to calculate that myself?

Those are the rates without any modifiers (merits and TCB).

okey thanks but i am still confused how to interpret these numbers because i dont get 37.32% at 1W its 6.8% ore something like that

It's the base APR.

So 1w at 37.32 would be $2b * 0.3732 / 365 * 7 ~= 14.3m.

Also be aware, the TCB perk is multiplicative with merits, so the APR for 1w with both is 0.3732 * 1.1 * 1.5, and not 0.3732 * 1.6.
