The only way you could "trade" points would be through your faction armoury.
The trade would go something like this:

- you add the points to the faction armoury
- the player sends you the money / adds it to your faction balance
- someone with perms sends that person the points
- ^^ sends you the money from the bank
Directly trading points is not possible, and it makes sense given that they can't be mugged.
