Tried to rent out PI for more than 1 million and NEXT button is grayed out. Works for less than 1 million.

Same with trailer. Not related to money on hand. Tested this scenario as well.

I appear to have the same problem, used to rent lots of $1 properties to noobs, past few days cannot complete the rental screen. I play on a browser, and use TornPDA for some features

Also having this problem. $ box is red and next button greyed out.
