All job specials are available to all employees as long as your company has met star requirement and employee has been employed for 3 days.
The specials for the starter Jobs are the only ones that do that.

Also worth adding, your job points are specific to that job type. If you leave an Adult Novelty for a Lingerie, you will start back at 0 job points. If you ever switch back to a job where you previously had job points, you will stall have your original amount.
