1b is big to overpay for 55k respect faction, so I recommend taking that offer before the ranked war will be over and you lose that silver rank.
1- You are not the first faction to be sold after hitting Silver tier (ST) in RW
2- Kind of sus, to be trying to sell your faction during a RW
3- Especially sus, to be trying to sell your faction as a Silver tier faction, when you're only ST 1 and you're in the middle of a RW you're loosing and can potentially make you crawl back to Bronze tier

A loss would take them to Silver 0, not back to Bronze quite yet. But definitely strange timing, nevertheless.
