I think it would be really fun addon to have a Voodoo priestess in town. You can visit and buy differenct curses or blessing to put on other players.

Imagine having the possibility to pay so someone has unluck. Looses at Casino. Doesn't find anything on map. Critical hits are reducec a lot.Maybe even random stats reductions.

Or lowers happiness and health slowly over time.

Blessing would do the opposite of course.

Your example of crit hits increasing is why we have fun new perks to have on weapons, mods, merits, etc. Something that fits into what we call the crime city of Torn. Something like a voodoo doll seems very different than everything else, it's like trying to make spells and magic in the game... *cough* *cough*

The unlucky chance? Looses at casino? You already lose at the casino kids :'( - don't rig my chances even further.

City finds? Who finds those anyways :P I've got a whole brick and kitten plushie in there right now

Happiness and health slowly over time???? Nope, very powerful here depending on the circumstances

And blessing? Please bless the Suggestion forum to have better suggestions nowadays...
