Is the setting Honor Names: OFF not working or am I misunderstanding what it’s supposed to do?

It is working for me - it removes the Honour bar art work behind the players name or at least it should do.

The setting will turn off the honor names in all areas except for the player profiles and mini-profiles. Those two locations are intended to show the honor bar regardless of your settings. Everywhere else it will show just the name without any honor bars.
