i have 50m loan from property upkeep. will it increase if i dont pay them, even if im not using the property? thanks in advance.

You cant move unless the upkeep is cleared. Unless, the owner/loaner of the upkeep is your spouse.
Edit: But to add on, no new upkeep is aplicable if you are not staying there.

I am not sure but when you owe up keep, you owe to duke yes? N ifyou owe to duke, then the interest will continue correct?
i think that is for the upkeep for property you rented. for property that you own yourself, its not mixed with regular loan.
When your lease expires any unpaid upkeep is transferred to Dule as a loan, this will accrue interest unless it is paid off.
Obviously if you are not using the property (which you won't be as your lease expired) upkeep will not continue to be added to that debt..
However if you do not pay your upkeep on your new lease and it ends, yes that outstanding upkeep will be added to the debt owed to Duke..
Only the person renting the property will be affected by the debt being handed to Duke.. Not the spouse moving in with you.
At least thats the way I understand it works....

Also, if I am correct, If you don't make payments on the outstanding balance Duke will start attacking you himself and make you a mission target assigned to other players
