When you start using the book, don't post in the forums.
In general try to use as much e as possible during the ?month. If you're using cans try to get into a faction that has max can voracity so you get the most out of those, have MCS bb to get weekly extra e, start off the month with full stack, buy 99k jump from someone (i sell it, you can find others in the trade forums as well i think) so you don't have to wait. Then just max xan + booster use that the money permits. If you od, just buy a jump again instead of waiting a long time to get the happy up again. Ecstasy has higher od rate than xan so multiple xtc is dangerous lol
Its really great for pre cap stats, so focus training them. After that happy always helps, but it's not as useful. The lower your stat is the more useful this book is.
For companies it'd depend how much you're canning. Restaurant will be great if you're using full booster cans. Otherwise e giving jobs like candle/farm would be nice. You can even save some candle jp to have more e to use

Move to 10*restaurant n use 20e or 25e to train while having 99k happy. This is the best time to read the book because ecans prices are still low and your stats still low too

don't care about who tells you how to do it, just squeeze whatever you can afford out of it. even without cans, fhc or anything you will still be in a permanent 99k happy jump for 31 days. that's A LOT!
in my case i burned all i had (around a billion like you) for 3 xan a day, refill and all fhc i could buy. i went from 100k to 4M total battlestats in a month, which was amazing for me since i completely skipped the happy jump part of my torn career.
i don't know what's your current level of battlestats but i still recommend going for it as soon as you can. you won't regret it.
EDIT: also, i reached 99k with only EDVDs and ecstasy, it will waste like one day of the 31 and it's risky if you OD, but it is easier and cheaper than using mistletoe on someone. i wasn't in a Adult Novelties either, so it's gonna be easier for you.
