I restarted an deleted my old account but now I don’t get any notifications on my app, I’ve tried re installing it an nothing happens.

What app version are you using? Are you signed into the app and have the notifications enabled in the Settings panel?
Notifications are turned on, an it’s the newest version of the app when I went to the App Store it dosent have any updates available
Depending on the availability, you can have a different "latest" version available than others. This is why I am asking you to check in the app settings to confirm your app version.
Do you have any update on this issue please?
