The jail page can be refreshed by moving through different pages and this doesn't affect your Last Action. There are some other things that don't affect your Last Action, like sending chat messages and this is not considered as an issue.
Bailing someone out of the jail has an additional confirmation and doing so still doesn't change your Last Action. This person probably had the jail page open for half an hour without any other in-game actions.
[image: i.imgur.com]I am not really certain if this needs to be addressed, I suppose that the bail/bust action doesn't refresh the page and hence doesn't update Last Action. We can ask Joe if this needs to be addressed.
