It is possible that the target comes online after the spawn as a mission target. You can either through follow through with the mission or skip it if you don't want to finish it. Thanks!

Just got an active mission target - is that a thing?

It is possible that the target comes online after the spawn as a mission target. You can either through follow through with the mission or skip it if you don't want to finish it.

If you owe Duke money and don't pay, you'll get added to the mission target list also.
