I tried to open a lottery voucher but nothing happens.

It could be due to a casino ban, posting here for verification.

That is correct. If you are Casino banned, you won't be able to use the Lottery vouchers as Lottery is also a part of the Casino. However, we can ask Joe if there's another way to handle this. At present, if you use Lottery vouchers while being banned from the Casino, the page is just stuck like this, with the Yes button being non-responsive. Perhaps we can make it clickable but produce an error that confirms the Casino ban?
