Is there someone who organizes Duke attacks? I accepted a mission where I have to defeat him which is pretty much impossible for me. I have heard of people organizing Duke attacks, can someone point me in a direction?

Just try to join when the battle starts and throw a smoke grenade or something and just sit tight. Duke will be busy trying to attack people who keep hitting him.

It's like a lottery. Every single hit/temp you do, you get one ticket. At the end, the system will randomly choose people to receive loot. Receiving loot or not is NOT based on being there at the end. You could lose, escape, time out, etc., and still get loot, as long as you've done at least one hit. Level and stats really don't matter because older players will be throwing all kinds of temps and using all those crazy RW weapons, so basically all of the NPC's stats are reduced like 100% lol
