I've seen people who have normal weapons with an extra special stat on them too like, conserve, beserker, achilles, etc.
How do people obtain these special weapons, and is there a guide somewhere that contains a list of the effects?
They are called "legendary" weapons (or armors), and you get them from caches, which you win in Ranked Wars.

currently the absolute minimum they are going for is 120-150m, and these are what you would concider "trash" weapons, people are buying them in bulk not to use but to keep.
a ok weapon probably 300-700m. good 700-2b ish, and rediculus weapons(or overpriced weapons like macanas, armas) go for 2b+, higher quality like reds, with better bonuses tend to go more, but it varies so much depending on what people want, what perks etc
