    Not really. It varies from mission to mission. i do believe its based around your battle stats possibly level

I'm still early in my mission targets. Most of my targets have not seen action for hundreds of days. But I've of my current ones is 179 days since last action.

Just wondered if the last login gets more recent as you head up the mission list.

Not really. It varies from mission to mission. i do believe its based around your battle stats possibly level

I hit someone who became active again by the time I got around to doing the mission. So.. yes, I would consider mere minutes to be quite recent.

Yup, think it's a combo of both. I have had targets that were active... gotta deal with it and move on. Did have one I hit while inactive that is still bitter! It happens.
