Ranked War - Points

At the end of a RW points are received.

What happens if the faction does not yet have points unlocked. Do these simply stay inaccessible until points are unlocked?

If not....where?

theres been a few of these questions, but basically the point go into faction and can be sent out whenever (through the same feature of money giving)
the point upgrade is for depositing and using points, a faction can still hold points and send them to whoever if they receive them from ranked wars and dont have upgrade

Great! Thanks for that. Sorted.
