The only reason Error 503 occurs if you are switching networks (between WiFi/mobile network), or if your router had a hiccup and decided to change the IP address, none of these are related to Torn itself. These errors occur in response to network changes on your end, we have this enabled for DDOS protection for Torn's sake. You just need to ensure that you are not switching networks, the check can still be triggered without a network change if your IP address changes for whatever reason, most notably if you are using a VPN service which is being unreliable. Try disabling all of your extensions in Chrome and that should most likely fix the issue.
Hello, I have pinned it down to one extension that was causing the issue which is Fedora user agent extension, without it the errors disappear.

You can disable the extension for Torn, I don't know if the extension supports adding exceptions to certain sites. Cloudflare doesn't like what the extension is doing and hence is looping the CF check.
