The question received was "Which one of these might contain caffine?" Both soda and cappuccino were presented, however soda when selected gave a incorrect response. Cappuccino did allow me to pass the check however.

It is possible to sometimes get a Captcha like these, this is perfectly fine and is not considered an issue at present. You need to switch to another captcha method in such instances, or make a logical guess. In case of a lockout due to incorrect answers, please use one of the other methods.
