faction description alignment

I'm aware there is (was?) an issue with forum sig alignment but it was thought to only affect that area so I need to know if this is in addition to that or I'm just useless.

On laptop (using Chrome) the faction description is displayed on the far left of the space:

(This is both with and without Torntools enabled and with and without left alignment enabled)

On mobile (Android 12) using the PDA the description is skewed slightly to the right going further than the background:

On the editing screen on the laptop everything looks good:

Whereas the mobile edit screen is a goddamn mess:

I can't tell you what the alignment looks like in the Torn official app because when I open it about 1/5th of the screen is missing - perhaps an issue for another day lol:

However chrome on my phone displays the same as the PDA

HELP!

TL;DR - Everything is wrong. Is it me or is it you?
