So, you expecting merc to attack any random level 100 and get paid 4m? That's good income for high level nice.
you should seek some merc to attack him tho. it's not effective way if you write on the forum

I would ignore tbh. There's merc team. Pm Xanty to ask the forum for his mercenaries team. They ask you to pay 4m per hit on your target. But you need to give name.
