A quick advice

I accepted one of the missions that duke expected me to get done. It was named 'bunny response' and i had to defeat three targets under 10 minutes. I beat one of the guys easily but couldnt beat the second guy as i was missing all my hits so i moved on to the third target and well i see this :

Now with only 533 seconds left equivalent to 8 minutes, i already lost at that point. You can't revive them, You can't ask them to get out of hosp.Nothing...just despair....

Don't do what i did, be smart and check all ur targets, equipment that u r wearing etc before u try to do a mission.

level doesnt matter at all

Oh so the hp doesn't matter in a fight? More chances of them hitting me doesn't matter?

what if he is 90 level with low stats?

There is only one way to find out, u defeat em tell me what ur stats r so i can compare them to mine

or you just check my "Highest level beaten" in personal stats :)

so, with this way, you understand that level doesn matter, and its your job to find out if you can beat this guy :)

You can wait out his hosp and try again. It doesn't have to happen on your first attempt - just within 10 minutes of eachother.

or you could just get a spy

Since its a duke target you can beat them if you use the right equipment... if you can't hit him use a flashbang...

edit: I also sometimes opted to just attack the target multiple times to defeat them. And levels don't mean stats as states earlier... just their HP increases but that can be dealt with (like with multiple attacks) or getting friends or faction members to help you out

It's a known levelling target from Indubitably's level targeting list and he has around 161m in total stats

As long as the mission is active, you can keep trying. You do all three within 10 minutes of eachother, somewhere during those three days.

use a vicodin and use temp grenades to weaken the enemy

or like I said get someone to help you

When doing a hit try to check there drugs taken and the energy refill plus the boosters they use it might help you on some point
