My suggestion is to add a new option for chats at the bottom of the screen, to add a new equally sized box that lets you toggle all your chats appearing on screen, on and off
especially for us mobile players chats quickly start to pile up, taking up a lot of space on the screen and at times covering up content, buttons.
being able to toggle them on and off screen would pretty much get rid of the problem, taking all the chats off screen by clicking the toggle box at the bottom right of the screen, next to the faction/ company/ global/ trade chat without losing the chats with all 30 of your closest torn friends you keep chats with.
thumbs up if you feel this would be a useful change so a dev can see it!
